Sample Entire Trip – this map shows the entire area walked, one of several options. Starting in wide open plains of Pakuba ending in stunning Nyamsika Cliff area.
First Walk – the walking safari starts in Pakuba area with its open grasslands and plenty of kob antelopes to observe.
Nyamsika River Downstream – scenic walk down the Nyamsika River with plenty of wildlife sightings around and refreshing pools to cool down. Usually done in the evenings. 1-2 hours
Nyamsika River Upstream – one of the highlights of the trip is the early morning walk upstream Nyamsika, exploring its sharp bends and plentiful wildlife and birdlife. The walk ends up the “elephant” valley, where we are likely to observe elephants enjoy a salt lick pan.
